“It took me months to master my role in Gangs of Lagos” – Zlatan Ibile shares insights.

Popular Nigerian artist Omoniyi Raphael, often known as Zlatan Ibile, has admitted that it took him months to master his lines for the film “Gangs of Lagos.”

In the criminal drama Kash, the hip-hop musician Zlatan Ibile portrayed a notorious gangster. He claimed that it was difficult for him to perform his role.

Zlatan revealed to the host of a recent interview with media personality Samuel Eni that it took him months to learn the karate moves for the film.

He added that he temporarily put his music career on hold in order to focus on developing his role in the Gang of Lagos movie, which made its debut on April 7, 2023.
